I'm Lesley Salazar McIntosh, a former journalist turned brand and digital marketing strategist. I have been helping companies, entrepreneurs and professionals to build solid, profitable and soulful brands for more than 10 years. I am currently studying an MBA to continue expanding my business and leadership vision.

I have worked in cities such as London, Madrid, Paris and New York, which has allowed me to integrate global approaches with a very human sensitivity. I founded my own agency — ALTMA, Another Level The Minding Agency - in 2017, with which I have accompanied brands such as Beats by Dre, Monster Energy or Levi's, as well as startups, NGOs and local businesses.

As a trainer, I am practical, clear and very direct. I focus on each person coming up with applicable ideas from the first minute. I combine structure, creativity and strategy to make learning transformative, and I always adapt my sessions to the audience, their needs and their real context.
